Ohio State has had plenty of defensive backs not only do well in Columbus, but also move onto the NFL and make names for themselves.
The Buckeyes currently have multiple defensive backs on their roster that are anticipated to be future NFL players. One of them is Shaun Wade.

Wade, recently, talked about the second stringers, behind the starters, and how good they can potentially be despite not playing a lot this season:
“They can be great players here,” Wade said. “They’ve got great players in front of them, but they’re young at the end of the day. They still got time to progress and get better.”
Again, Ohio State has plenty of talent. Starters, backups, the backups to the backups — you name it. Everybody’s talented. It’s just a matter of when they get to showcase it.
The Buckeyes play Clemson on Saturday, Dec. 28.
