Now that LSU, Notre Dame, and USC have all found their new head coaches, there was only one school left that hadn’t found their head man: Oklahoma.

The Sooners look like they were being left in the cold after USC took away their head man Lincoln Riley and LSU snagged former Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly. Who would the Sooners’ new head coach be?

If reports are correct, they may have found their man in Clemson defensive coordinator Brent Venables.

Venables, who use to coach at OU, if hired, maybe bringing along Ole Miss offensive coordinator Jeff Lebby, who is an Oklahoma alum.

Venables has been with Clemson for almost a decade after leaving Oklahoma. He seems to be pretty close to making a deal to become the Sooners’ new head coach.
