Olu Oluwatimi has received multiple individual honors for the 2022 season. On Thursday night, Oluwatimi took home the Rimington Trophy as the top center in the nation.
Oluwatimi was a finalist for the award last year while at Virginia, and this year, he wins it after transferring to Michigan as a graduate student. Other notable honors he received this year have been All-B1G first team and Rotary Lombardi Award semifinalist.
In addition to the Rimington Trophy, he also received the Outland Trophy as the best interior offensive lineman in the country.

Oluwatimi’s contributions have been paramount in making way for one of the best running backs in the nation, Blake Corum. He also didn’t allow a single sack this season.
As Michigan looks to make a 2nd straight playoff push, Oluwatami will be a key piece if the Wolverines want to make it to the National Championship.
