Well, we’ve made it through the first few weeks of college football season. Matt Zenitz and Mike Huguenin of On3 Sports put out some Heisman rankings after seeing what the best in college football have to offer.
Both Zenitz and Huguenin had a similar combination of players, with a couple of differences. C.J. Stroud and Chase Brown were the 2 B1G players that were mentioned. Zenitz picked just Stroud on his list, while Huguenin had Stroud and Brown. However, Brown was the only running back that was mentioned.
Stroud has hit the ground running so far. Through 2 games, he has 576 yards passing and 6 touchdowns with 0 interceptions. Brown has also been on a hot streak early on. Brown is leading Illinois in rushing yards (496) and has 3 total touchdowns.
