As Ohio State held fall camp with Urban Meyer on administrative leave, Buckeyes players went mostly unheard of (aside from some postings on social media). WR Parris Campbell recently shared some insight into the mood of the team with everything going on.

“I think we’re very angry,” said Campbell. “Just with all the adversity we’ve been through, everything that’s happened in the past. Us not having our head coach…I think a lot of variables went into it.”

1. Ryan Day reportedly turned down the head coach position at Mississippi State.

2. Ryan Day had just been promoted earlier this year from co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach to the position of offensive coordinator.
