Nebraska has struggled the last few weeks.
Sure, the Cornhuskers beat Northwestern a couple weeks ago 13-10. It was a good defensive performance against an offense that has struggled this season.

However, against Ohio State, Nebraska lost 48-7 and just lost to Minnesota 34-7. After the game, Golden Gophers coach P.J. Fleck talked about how he wanted to attack Nebraska’s linebackers.
What he did worked by the way, as Minnesota ran for 322 yards in the game:

As Fleck said, even when Nebraska would play correctly, the Huskers had a hard time tackling the Gophers’ ball-carriers. Overall, it was just a tough night to be a Blackshirt.
Nebraska can try and right its wrong against Indiana following a bye week this coming weekend. The Huskers take on the Hoosiers on Saturday, Oct. 26 in Lincoln.
