Earlier during the day, the PAC-12 canceled the Cal at Arizona State game and the Utah at UCLA game due to COVID-19 outbreaks at Arizona State and Utah. That paved the way for this game can be played on Sunday.
Also in the announcement, the conference is rescheduling the UCLA-Oregon game which was supposed to take place next Friday.
This will be Cal’s first game of the season while UCLA is coming off a 48-42 loss to Colorado last Saturday.
The game will be televised on FS1.
