Latest CBSSports Bowl Projections favor B1G elite

Jerry Palm might have some mixed reactions from B1G fans after his latest bowl projections.
The CBSSports.com writer tabbed nine conference teams to play in the postseason, including No. 1 Ohio State in the College Football Playoff. He also had three B1G teams playing New Years Six games, which was tied with the SEC.
Palm, however, left 3-0 Indiana out of his selections. And after Northwestern moved up to No. 17 in the Associated Press poll, he still only has the Wildcats in the Pinstripe Bowl. Meanwhile, he has Penn State squaring off with Georgia, who No. 7 in the AP poll.

Rose Bowl: Wisconsin vs. Oregon
Peach Bowl: Michigan State vs. Florida State
TaxSlayer Bowl: Nebraska vs. Auburn
Citrus Bowl: Penn State vs. Georgia
Outback Bowl: Michigan vs. Missouri
Holiday Bowl: Iowa vs. Arizona State
Foster Farms Bowl: Minnesota vs. USC
Pinstripe Bowl: Virginia Tech vs. Northwestern
