Dwayne Haskins has been in the spotlight for six weeks now. And each week, the Ohio State quarterback has delivered a brilliant performance in some shape or form.

His teammates are taking notice.

Haskins threw for over 400 yards and six touchdowns in Ohio State’s 49-26 win over Indiana on Saturday. Though the Buckeyes struggled with the Hoosiers for a good portion of the afternoon, Haskins was still magnificent.

Following the game, receiver Parris Campbell had a really huge compliment for the quarterback.

“I think you guys are witnessing a legend in the making,” Campbell toward Colin Hass-Hill of Eleven Warriors on Saturday.

After six games, Haskins has thrown for 1,919 yards and 25 touchdowns while completing nearly 72 percent of his passes.

While Tua Tagovailoa has separated himself in the Heisman race, Haskins appears to be firmly in the second place spot at the moment. He’s on pace to throw for nearly 4,000 yards and 50 touchdowns this fall.

Campbell is right, Haskins is a legend in the making. And that’s a really impressive accomplishment at Ohio State.
