Pat McAfee trolls Jim Harbaugh in breakdown of Michigan’s remaining schedule

Pat McAfee and the rest of ESPN’s College GameDay crew were in Columbus Saturday morning for the major showdown between Penn State and Ohio State.
During the course of the show, the crew took time to debate the prospects of some teams finishing undefeated. In that segment, McAfee was pressed on Michigan’s outlook down the stretch.
The moment was set up perfectly, and McAfee used it as a chance to troll Jim Harbaugh and the latest NCAA investigation into the Wolverines. That investigation includes allegations of sign stealing and potential use of in-person scouting of future opponents.
“It’s much easier to win when you know exactly what the other team is going to do,” said McAfee.
“That’s called field study,” claimed Desmond Howard.
“I will say, that is a massive piece of the game,” McAfee continued.

In the end, McAfee went on to say he expects Michigan to lose at home in The Game during the final matchup of the regular season. Whether or not he was simply playing up to the Buckeye crowd in Columbus is debatable, but McAfee’s comments certainly drew a cheer from the audience.
“It’s all about The Game in Michigan at the end of the day,” McAfee said. “They’re going to lose to the Ohio State Buckeyes.”
