Paul Finebaum is out with his latest top 4 with another team to consider after a wild Week 6 in college football.

The ESPN commentator on SportsCenter Sunday morning came out with his updated ranking.

He welcomed Michigan back to the party at No. 4, and admitted, “Yes, they may be the most complete team in the country. But we need to see Michigan play real football. And so far they’re playing a bunch of pretenders. They’ll get a competitive game, maybe in November, but not yet.”

Finebaum pegged Florida State at No. 3 as he said the Seminoles struggled at times on Saturday in a win over Virginia Tech, but they still have a strong resume with wins over LSU and Clemson, but they’re not “as impressive as they were at the time.”

About Ohio State at No. 2, Finebaum said, “Did you bother showing up for the first half yesterday? You did in the second half, you looked good against the Terps. I think it’s also one of the most complete and effective teams in the country.”

Finally, Finebaum kept Georgia at No. 1. “Everybody wants to dog the Dawgs,” he said. “I was down there yesterday, and the Dawgs looked like they are the No. 1 team in the country after all. They were complete. They simply eviscerated a very good Kentucky team.”

  1. Georgia
  2. Ohio State
  3. Florida State
  4. Michigan

Finebaum then asked, “Where’s Oklahoma?” as the Sooners could be No. 1, but at least are moving up after a 34-30 win over Texas on Saturday. He called that victory, “The most impressive win in the country so far this year.”
