Paula Reto, former Boilermaker, wins LPGA CP Women’s Open

Paula Reto, a former Purdue golfer, continues her highly successful LPGA career by winning the 2022 CP Women’s Open in her 157th Tour Start.

Reto came to the Purdue women’s golf program from South Africa. She was a part of the 2010 NCAA National Championship team as she was also a first-team All-B1G selection three times (2011-2013) and finally, a first-team All-American in 2013.

Reto finished in third place at the NCAA Championship in 2013. That season, she had the lowest stroke average in the B1G and was given the 2013 Mary Fossum Award.

As of August 22, she is rated as the 142nd women’s golfer by the Women’s World Golf Rankings.
