James Franklin has done a heck of a job recruiting since arriving at Penn State.

The Nittany Lions have been turned around by Franklin and recruiting has been a big reason why. On Friday afternoon, Penn State got yet another commitment that could help the team’s future:

KeAndre Lambert is a 6-foot-1 wide receiver from Norfolk, Va. Lambert is a 4-star pass-catcher according to 247Sports and is the No. 31 WR in the Class of 2020. He is the No. 4 player in the state of Virginia regardless of position.

Lambert currently holds scholarship offers from Clemson, Ohio State, Michigan, USC and others. The entire 2020 Nittany Lions class can be seen here and it ranks No. 14 nationally and No. 3 in the Big Ten.
