Another Penn State coordinator is being considered for a head coaching vacancy, according to reports.
Wednesday, Bruce Feldman of Sports Illustrated reported that PSU defensive coordinator Brent Pry is being considered for the job at the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. He was previously with the program from 2002-2006, serving as a defensive coordinator.

Pry has been the co-defensive coordinator at Penn State since 2014 and was promoted after Bob Shoop left for Tennessee in 2016.
Last week, the Nittany Lions lost offensive coordinator and mastermind Joe Moorhead, who was hired as the next head coach at Mississippi State after Dan Mullen bolted for Florida. If Pry were to leave, there would be even more changes in Happy Valley.
The job at Louisiana-Lafayette became available after Mark Hudspeth was fired at the end o the season. The Ragin’ Cajuns were 5-7.
