Ahead of Penn State’s matchup with UMass on Saturday, James Frankin dropped a hype video to get fans excited.

The video featured the voice of former Penn State receiver and current associate coach Terry M. Smith, who dropped some historic facts about Penn State’s football program. The video also featured some clips from the Nittany Lions early days.

The video then featured Smith getting his players amped by reminding them what they represent when they play for Penn State.

“We talk about a legacy that we want to leave to this place,” Smith said. “Look at the uniform that you have on. What does it represent? All of that past of Penn State is the current Penn State, and it’s the future.”

The video is sure to have fans excited as the Nittany Lions look to stay undefeated and get past UMass, which has struggled so far this season.

Penn State is gunning for a spot in the College Football Playoff, and it can’t afford any slip ups against the Minutemen.

The Nittany Lions are hoping to get a big win and carry the momentum into next week’s rivalry game against Ohio State.
