Penn State needs a win, badly.
With four straight losses to open the 2020 season, the Nittany Lions are looking to pick up that first win at Iowa on Saturday against a Hawkeyes team that has a pair of blowout wins for their last two games.
Iowa opened the season 0-2 with losses to Purdue and Northwestern, but have righted their ship and blasted Michigan State, 49-7 and Minnesota, 35-7.
Penn State coach James Franklin has never lost a head-to-head contest with Iowa’s Kirk Frerentz, and the Lions have won six-straight in the series dating back to 2011.
While trying to put the disappointing start behind them, the Penn State Football twitter feed released a hype video to try and get the Nittany Lions faithful charged up, and hopefully notch the win column.
