Brandon Smith is the latest college athlete to get an NIL deal done.
Smith on Twitter announced that he has signed am NIL deal with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation.

Smith is a 6-foot-3 241-pound junior LB out of Louisa, VA. Through two seasons with the Nittany Lions, Smith has had 51 total tackles, 10 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 1 interception, 2 pass deflections and 1 fumble recovery.
The Nittany Lions are coming off of a 4-5 2020 campaign where after they started, 0-5 came back to win the last 4 games. The expectations in Happy Valley are high again as they ranked No. 19 in the preseason AP Top-25 poll.
Penn State has road games against Wisconsin, Iowa and Ohio State. Auburn, Indiana and Michigan all travel to Happy Valley this autumn.
The Nittany Lions open with a B1G road test right out of the gate as they will go into what will be a raucous Camp Randall against the Wisconsin Badgers on Saturday, Sept. 4.
