Seldon is considered the No. 104 prospect in the nation per 247 Sports composite rankings. He is also rated as the No. 7 athlete in the country and the No. 2 prospect from the state of Virginia. Both Penn State and Maryland have two receiver commits as of now.
Seldon would be Maryland’s top commitment for the 2023 class were he to choose to join Mike Locksley’s ranks.
Seldon does everything for Northumberland High School. He’s taken snaps at receiver, cornerback, quarterback safety and kick returner. Though receiver is considered his forte, Seldon could be moved around to play multiple positions on the field for one of the Nittany Lions, Terrapins or Volunteers come next fall.
