James Franklin announces Penn State RB Journey Brown will be unable to play football again

James Franklin revealed some shocking and devastating news Wednesday night.
Addressing the media via a Zoom conference call, Franklin announced that star running back Journey Brown is not cleared to play football. In fact, his career is over as Franklin announced that Brown will no longer be able to play.
Franklin did not reveal the health condition Brown is battling with, only that the condition became known due to a COVID-19 test but is not related to COVID-19.

Brown rushed for 890 yards in 2019 and finishes his career with 934 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Brown and his family as they deal with this news. He was certainly a bright spot and solid individual with the Nittany Lions.
