Penn State releases ‘Welcome Home’ video ahead of first game at Beaver Stadium

Fresh off a victory at Wisconsin in its season opener, Penn State will kick off its home slate vs. Ball State on Sept. 11.

Penn State coach James Franklin tweeted out a ‘Welcome Home’ video ahead of the first game at Beaver Stadium in 2021.

Penn State fans are going to be pumped to return to Beaver Stadium. Penn State has one of the best atmospheres in not just the B1G but across all of college football.

Penn State defeated Wisconsin 16-10, with Noah Cain’s two-yard rushing touchdown the game-decider with 9:17 remaining. The opportunistic Penn State defense forced three turnovers. Jaquan Brisker and Ji’Ayir Brown each had an interception.

This is the first meeting between Penn State and Ball State. Ball State is coming off a 7-1 record in the shortened 2020 season. Ball State defeated Western Illinois 31-21 in its season opener.
