Penn State to wear ‘Generations of Greatness uniforms’ against Iowa

Penn State is pulling out all the stops in order to get their first victory of the season tomorrow against Iowa.
They’ll be wearing their “Generations of Greatness” uniforms against them, which they also wore last year against Purdue. They won that game by a score of 35-7.

The uniforms feature numbers on the helmets, gray facemasks, and blocked numbers. If there were any questions as to if Penn State would change up the uniforms for this year, everyone’s got their answer now.
If the Nittany Lions win this game to get to 1-4, perhaps some fans could start a petition to get the players to wear them every week. They’d be 2-0 in those uniforms overall.
Kickoff for the game will be at 3:30 p.m. ET and it will be televised by the Big Ten Network.
