The Orange Bowl was expected to have some of the top NFL prospects in the country.
It will, but it’ll be down one.

It isn’t known what expertly what the injury was, just that Peppers went through warm-ups and couldn’t play through it. It’s believed to be some sort of leg injury.
Peppers was the B1G Defensive Player of the Year and a Heisman Trophy finalist. It’ll be his first game missed since his true freshman season.
