Plenty of B1G recognition in latest Top 10 from Joel Klatt

In last weekend’s edition of Joel Klatt’s top-10 the B1G fared well – this week, while the landscape looks a bit different, the league is still well represented on the Fox Sports college football analyst’s weekly list.

Indiana, who put up an impressive fight against Ohio State Saturday afternoon, slipped from the No. 10 spot to one of Klatt’s“Almost” spots. The Buckeyes slipped down a notch to No. 3 after the uncharacteristically sloppy game against Hoosiers.

Jumping into the top 10 and taking the No. 10 spot from Indiana is Northwestern.

The Wildcats upset last week’s No. 7 Wisconsin on Saturday to make the move, with the loss by the Badgers resulting in them sliding off the list completely.

Barring any upsets in next week’s slate, there may not be much movement for a while.

Indiana hosts Maryland, Ohio State travels to Illinois and Northwestern heads to East Lansing to take on Michigan State next Saturday, Nov. 28, with all expected to be heavy favorites.

But with how this season has gone so far, Klatt may be better off using a pencil for now.
