Premier high school All-American game announces cancellation

The 2021 Under Armour High School All-America Football Game has been cancelled due to COVID-19.
The organization issued a statement on their Twitter account on Friday morning.

The premier event was initially slated to be held on Jan. 2 from Orlando, FL, and televised on ESPN2. Under Armour still intends to recognize the All-Americans and is optimistic that the event will return in 2022.
“We are excited to honor this year’s class of All-Americans in the coming weeks and months, and we are looking forward to returning to Orlando to once again deliver the best all-star game experience for the nation’s top seniors at the 2022 Under Armour High School All-America Football Game,” the statement read.
