Participating in last week’s Senior Bowl appears to have helped Michigan’s Josh Uche quite a bit. Not only did he show off his skills throughout the week of practice and in Saturday’s game, he received some really high praise from Pro Football Focus.
On Monday, two days after the Senior Bowl concluded, PFF tweeted out that Uche was the highest-graded player from the event. That’s a pretty significant accomplishment, considering the amount of skilled players who took part in the Senior Bowl.
Uche finished Saturday’s Senior Bowl with 11 pass-rush snaps, getting five quarterback pressures in the game.

The edge/linebacker had turned some heads during Senior Bowl practice, showing off his ability to get to the quarterback, as well as the skill to drop back into coverage. On one instance, he complete shut down Purdue star tight end Brycen Hopkins.
Uche finished the 2019 season with 35 tackles and 8.5 sacks. He also forced two fumbles and broke up two passes on Michigan’s way to a 9-4 season.
Look for the former Wolverine to make some movement in the latest draft boards after such a strong week in Mobile.
