Brohm took the mound after leading Purdue to its most successful season in nearly two decades. The Boilers closed the year with a 9-4 record, which included upset wins over No. 2 Iowa and No. 3 Michigan State.
In both games, Purdue ended the undefeated seasons for the Hawkeyes and Spartans.
Brohm will be entering his sixth season at Purdue in 2022. He’s led the squad to bowl appearances in three seasons and has finished above the .500 mark twice.
This year, Purdue opens the season at home against Penn State.
