Quinshon Judkins has finally agreed to terms with the Cleveland Browns after being drafted 36th overall in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Cleveland and Judkins agreed to a 4-year, $11.4 million deal, which Judkins will sign at 4 p.m. ET today. Judkins will be the last draftee of the 2025 draft class to sign his rookie deal.

To say it’s been a wild offseason for Judkins would be an understatement. He was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge on July 12, but charges have since been dropped. Despite this, he’s still under investigation by the NFL, which had a significant impact on his rookie deal being signed as late as it is.

The Browns’ first game of the 2025 season kicks off on Sunday against the Bengals. It is uncertain whether Judkins will be suited up for Sunday’s game – though he is not currently under suspension by the NFL.

Alongside the announcement that Judkins has agreed to terms with the Browns, Tom Pelissero reported that the Browns are expected to be granted a temporary roster exemption for Judkins because he missed camp.

Judkins was a force for the national championship Ohio State squad last season. He rushed for 1,060 yards and 14 touchdowns despite sharing the backfield with fellow NFL draftee TreVeyon Henderson.
