Penn State-Iowa is the prime-time night game that most in Big Ten country have their eyes glued on Saturday night (no offense, Minnesota-Nebraska).
The night time game at Kinnick Stadium is always a tricky one for opponents and in the second quarter, Iowa leads 3-0. It’s been tough for both offenses.

There was nothing the ref could have done here other than run a random direction once the ball was snapped. Good luck with that.
