Ezekiel Elliott and Roger Goodell aren’t exactly strangers, and their two paths will cross again later this week, according to a report from ESPN.

Per ESPN, Elliott and Goodell are scheduled to meet in New York on Tuesday to discuss the incident involving the Cowboys running back that occurred in Las Vegas in May. Elliott was briefly retained but was not arrested or charged following an incident in which he allegedly bumped a security guard.

In a video captured by TMZ, Elliott was having a verbal argument with a woman but then turned his attention to a security guard. Elliott appeared to bump into the security guard, who then fell over a railing.

The incident occurred at a music festival in Vegas.

Elliott could face a fine or a suspension from the league. His potential consequence from the incident is expected to be the topic of conversation when the running back meets with the NFL commissioner on Tuesday.

In 2017, Elliott was suspended for six games for violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy. That penalty stemmed from an alleged domestic incident that occurred in Columbus in 2016. Though Elliott was not charged, the league believed it had enough evidence against the running back to warrant a suspension.
