Rumors are swirling around the Internet about Michigan State wide receiver Jalen Nailor.
Nailor was listed on the most recent Spartans depth chart as the starting kick and punt returner. In Week 1, Nailor also caught three passes for five yards.
The rumor regarding Nailor has to do with his health. According to the Couch and The Rube podcast, Nailor is out for the season due to a broken foot:
A source confirms the rumor about the injury to MSU sophomore receiver Jalen Nailor.
Nailor has a broken foot and is out for the season.
Big blow to MSU, including its return game, which looked promising last week.

Nothing has been confirmed from Michigan State yet, but if this is true, the Spartans will be losing its starting returner, as well as a young, capable receiver.
RELATED: MSU loses long snapper for season due to injury
Michigan State was hit hard by the injury bug a season ago, and its starting long snapper, Nailor and other Spartans have already missed time this season due to injuries.
Hopefully, this trend doesn’t continue for the green and white.
However, during a pregame radio show, Mark Dantonio gave an injury update to another wide receiver in Cam Chambers:
MSU coach Mark Dantonio on pregame radio show says WR Cam Chambers has been out with an undisclosed injury "but we'll see him throughout the year." Also missed some time due to law school requirements.
