Report: Multiple teams interested in signing former Washington Football Team QB Dwayne Haskins

Dwayne Haskins finds himself looking for a job.
The former Ohio State star quarterback was released from the Washington Football Team on Monday, after a dismal performance on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers capped a tumultuous week for the young QB.
Haskins cleared waivers on Tuesday, and is now a free agent. That translates to no NFL team wanting to pay him the more than $4 million guaranteed that was remaining on his rookie contract, but at a lower cost, someone may sign him.
Several teams are possible landing spots for Haskins.
Mason Rudolph and Duck Hodges aren’t exactly solid options for Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin should Ben Roethlisberger go down with another injury.
Out west, the Rams backup is John Wolford, a former Alliance of American Football star who has never taken a snap in the NFL. With Jared Goff’s broken thumb, that may have to change. The Rams may be wanting to shore up their backup spot with some experience heading into the playoffs.
The Seattle Seahawks and Tennessee Titans could also be in the market for an experienced backup heading into the playoffs. While Seattle’s Russell Wilson has not missed a game in nine years, and Tennessee’s Ryan Tannehill is surging at the position, anything can happen.
Haskins is sure to end up somewhere, so let’s just watch and see.
