Nebraska-Northwestern is tied at 10-10 in the third quarter. The Huskers are looking to bounce back from an embarrassing loss to Ohio State a week ago and were up early on Northwestern.

In the third quarter, however, news broke that Huskers wide receiver JD Spielman would not be returning to the game:

The exact injury is not known, but it has been seen that he has ice on his knee. Knee injuries, of course, are not something to mess around with.
Junior JD Spielman caught two passes in the first half and has caught at least one pass in 27 straight games.

Spielman caught two passes for 19 yards and returned a punt for three yards in the game before exiting. Nebraska-Northwestern can be watched on FOX.
