After 4 seasons at Rutgers, Raiqwon O’Neal will apparently consider continuing his college football career elsewhere. O’Neal has reportedly entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal.
2018 3-star OL Raiqwon O’Neal entered the transfer portal after playing in 31 games during his time with Rutgers @RivalsRichie @RutgersRivals https://t.co/xfJXpBmGRK

O’Neal, out of Conway (South Carolina), joined Rutgers in 2018, playing in 31 games over the past 4 seasons. He received honorable mention All-B1G recognition in 2020 (media) and 2021 (Pro Football Focus).
Entering the NCAA transfer portal does not bind O’Neal to a transfer from Rutgers, though his scholarship at Rutgers is no longer guaranteed once he enters his name into the portal. Scholarship status is up to coaches/administrators once players enter the portal. Some players withdraw from the portal and rejoin the team.
If O’Neal does leave Rutgers, he’ll always have his 2 career touchdowns with the Scarlet Knights, including his “Piesman” score against Indiana in 2021.
