Tom Brady is not only looking to win another Super Bowl with his new franchise, he’s also hoping to cash in on some merchandising opportunities since moving to Tampa, Florida.

ESPN is reporting that Brady and his agents are seeking to trademark phrases “TB x TB,” “Tompa Bay” and “Tampa Brady” for use in merchandise. Brady is looking to use those phrases for clothing, headwear and footwear, according to the report.

The phrases have already been filed to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

This isn’t the first time Brady has sought a trademark involving his name. Last year, the future Hall of Fame quarterback attempted to trademark the phrase “Tom Terrific,” but the pitch was unsuccessful as it was already associated with Tom Seaver, a Hall of Fame pitcher.

Brady signed a deal with the Buccaneers last month after spending the first 20 years of his NFL career with the New England Patriots.
