Ronnie Hickman knows the Ohio State defense can be even better.
Hickman has been an integral part of the Buckeye’s 6th-ranked overall defense in 2022. The safety has 39 tackles, 1 INT, and 1 FF. The Buckeye defense is only allowing 271.8 yards per game, but Hickman says “we know there’s areas we can improve.”

Hickman also commented on the upcoming matchup with the Indiana Hoosiers in Week 11. Hickman said that the Hoosier offense isn’t overly complicated, but they do what they do well.

The Hoosier offense has the 2nd-worst rushing offense in the nation, averaging only 78.67 rushing yards per game. The aerial attack has been more productive for the Hoosiers as they sport the 55th-best passing offense, averaging 250.3 passing yards per game.
The Indiana offense could continue to struggle in Week 11 against an elite Ohio State defensive unit.
