One thing that has changed is the Buckeyes will have head coach Ryan Day on the field. In 2020, Day was sidelined due to the coronavirus and was unable to coach. He recently talked about missing that game, saying it was “surreal” to watch the Buckeyes play on television instead of in person.

Day says he came home with a case of beer and a pizza and said "Daddy's home" before watching the game.
