Ryan Day talks about OL Jonah Jackson playing against former team this weekend

Leading all FBS program at 51 points per game, the offense of the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes is clicking on all cylinders.
While Georgia Bulldogs transfer quarterback Justin Fields has been understandably capturing the lion’s share of the headlines, head coach Ryan Day highlighted the play of another transfer, left guard Jonah Jackson, on Thursday.
Bill Rabinowitz of The Columbus Dispatch shared Day’s comments on Twitter:
Day on Rutgers transfer Jonah Jackson, who's played very well at LG: "He's a prideful guy so I think this will be hard for him (to play former teammates). "He's been great for the OL. The line has been great for him. He's had a heckuva year."

A native of Media, Pennsylvania, Jackson was a three-star prospect in the 2015 class. Primarily recruited by ex-offensive line coach Mitch Browning, Jackson committed to Rutgers and spent his first four years of eligibility with the Scarlet Knights program.
Transferring to Ohio State over the summer, he was an honorable mention All-B1G selection by both the coaches and the media in his final year in Piscataway.
Despite routing the Maryland Terrapins, 73-14, on November 9, the Buckeyes fell from No. 1 to No. 2 in the College Football Playoff committee’s latest rankings on Tuesday.
Saturday’s action between Ohio State (9-0) and Rutgers (2-7) from SHI Stadium will kick at 3:30PM ET on BTN. According to CBS Sports, the Buckeyes are whopping 52.5-point favorites.
