Ryan Day: ‘The only thing that matters is if we win The Game’

For Ohio State first-year head coach Ryan Day, he knows that it’s not just about his Buckeyes. Everything is about Michigan, too. That’s what it’s all about.
He may be coming into his first season as the man in charge, but Day knows what every Ohio State fan knows. It’s about beating Michigan.
When Day was asked about Michigan being the odds-on favorite to win the Big Ten East division as opposed to Ohio State, he had this to say:
“I think our guys read it… that’s not something we focus on. The expectations at Ohio State are higher than ever. In the end, the only thing that matters if we win ‘The Game’.”
Ohio State plays Michigan at noon on Nov. 30 in Ann Arbor on FOX.
