Ohio State is in Phoenix and getting ready for the Fiest Bowl.

The Buckeyes traveled on Sunday and landed in the evening at the destination for their showdown with Clemson. That matchup is set for Saturday as the team will get a week of preparation in ahead of the game.

Upon landing in Arizona, head coach Ryan Day met with the media for an arrival press conference. Day and the Buckeyes will get another chance to meet with the media ahead of the game, but he took time to address the early injury report for the game.

According to Day, Ohio State should be at full strength when it comes time to face Clemson. He also indicated the team would head to a Sunday evening practice after leaving the airport.

Bill Rabinowitz with the Columbus Dispatch shared Day’s comments:

Hopefully, the team is able to stay healthy and fresh heading into the game. Kickoff for the Fiesta Bowl is set for 8 pm EST on Saturday.
