The Huskers are now 4-3 after losing to P.J. Fleck and the Gophers. It wasn’t just a loss, either. It was a loss that exposed Nebraska up front more than anything. The Huskers looked like they didn’t belong physically.
On Thursday night, on coach Scott Frost’s radio appearance, he talked about that and young offensive linemen in the Big Ten in general:
Scott Frost on the radio talking about the Minnesota game:
"I think there’s a portion of our team that was ready for that game that played physical and went out and did their job. There's another portion that weren't ready to play in that type of game."

Frost on young offensive linemen:
"When you're playing the Wisconsin's and Iowa's and Ohio State's of the world, it's hard to run 18 and 19 year olds out there."

More from Frost:
Frost: "It's hard to be a leader if guys don't want to follow. And the majority of the team does, but maybe not everybody. And the leaders need to continue to improve, but we need good teammates not just good leaders."

Nebraska will have time to get better and tougher. The Huskers have a bye this week and won’t play against until Saturday, Oct. 26 at home against Indiana. If Nebraska gets demolished physically in that matchup — we’ll certainly hear more from Frost about the Huskers up front.
