Scott Frost rips Nebraska for being undisciplined: ‘I’m tired of watching it’

Things continue to snowball for Nebraska in Scott Frost’s first season with the team.
The Cornhuskers entered Saturday’s game 0-3 and still looking for a win under Frost. The bright spots for this year’s team have been few and far between, and Purdue carried a 20-7 lead to the locker room at halftime.
There’s no denying Nebraska still has a lot of work to do on both sides of the ball to be competitive. It is not a good season by any means, and Frost let some of his frustrations spill over at the break.
When making his halftime comments, Frost ripped his own team for being undisciplined. The big-yardage penalties and penalties after the whistle are items particularly hard for Frost to stomach:
“I’m tired of seeing us do the undisciplined things that get us in trouble,” Frost said. “We can’t get 15-yard penalties, hitting guys out of bounds, we can’t have penalties on special teams, we can’t have holding calls and guys dancing on the field afterwards.
“We look like an undisciplined team. I’m tired of playing the guys that keep doing that. Because we can’t tell them more times than we have. We have a good enough team to win this game, we’ve got a good enough team to win a bunch of them, but we can’t do that stuff anymore, and I’m tired of watching it.”
