The 2019 Big Ten Media Days kicked off on Thursday and will continue on Friday in Chicago. All of Friday’s action will be televised on BTN.

On Thursday, though, seven teams were featured and the Scott Frost-led Nebraska Cornhuskers were one of them. We’ve all seen the hype behind the Huskers this offseason.

Some think Nebraska will not only win the Big Ten West after winning just four games a season ago — but maybe even win the Big Ten Championship and advance to the College Football Playoff. Some believe that sophomore QB Adrian Martinez is poised to make a run at the Heisman Trophy as well.

With all that hype, it may be hard to live up to it all. But, Scott Frost isn’t worried about the buzz around Lincoln right now. He’s worried about winning. And, who better to win with than Adrian Martinez?

Apparently, nobody according to Frost:

Coaches have confidence in their team’s leader all the time. But, the confidence that Frost shows that he has in Martinez is both impressive and noteworthy. Again, Martinez is just a sophomore.

But, there is no other player in the entire country that Frost would rather have leading the Huskers.
