Scott Van Pelt has made his picks against the spread for Week 9.

He picked 7 games on his weekly “Winners” segment on Sports Center this week, including a side in the upcoming battle between Penn State and Wisconsin in Madison.

The veteran ESPN host is backing the Badgers (plus 6.5 points) this weekend.

“Night time in Camp Randall, Bucky welcomes Penn State,” Van Pelt said. “Ohio State coming to Happy Valley next week, and Camp Randall, not the place to get caught looking down the road. Close game coming. Fish bowls at Wondo on your boy if the home team stays within the number.”

Per ESPN, Van Pelt is 0-2 when picking Wisconsin so far this season. He’ll be looking to break that trend on Saturday night.

Wisconsin enters this game on a hot streak. The Badgers have won back-to-back games in blowout fashion over Purdue and Rutgers. Penn State represents a tougher challenge, but Wisconsin seems to be playing its best football of the season ahead of this matchup vs. the undefeated Nittany Lions.

Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday night.
