Sean McDonough is the voice of one of the most famous (or infamous, depending on your allegiances) moments of the Michigan-Michigan State rivalry series. During Saturday’s Week 9 game, McDonough had a chance to revisit that call.

In the fourth quarter, the Spartans had a botched snap on a punt deep in their own territory. McDonough’s call on the play felt… eerily similar to a previous moment from the series.

Take a look:

That call, of course, is McDonough’s own remake of his call from the 2015 version of the game. That year, it was Michigan having trouble with the snap and the Spartans returning the ensuing fumble for a game-winning touchdown on the final play of the game.

This time around, the botched snap worked in Michigan’s favor. The Wolverines took over inside the 10-yard line, and Blake Corum capped that short drive with a touchdown to put Michigan up big.
