Scott Frost is bringing a majority of his UCF staff to Lincoln.
Monday, seven assistant coaches were named to Frost’s staff at Nebraska, all of which were with him in Orlando. Two of those names were also former Huskers.
ESPN’s Mitch Sherman tweeted out the list of assistant coaches that are headed to Nebraska.
The seven assistant coaches named to Scott Frost's Nebraska staff include former Cornhuskers Ryan Held and Greg Austin. Expect Barrett Ruud to be the third. All of the new appointments came with Frost from UCF. https://t.co/s90d5e3Tzv pic.twitter.com/zF5l813Qu7

Frost has said that he’s extremely confident in the staff he had at UCF and had no interest in building a new one in Lincoln.
Why would he? Frost and his staff made improbable progress over the last two seasons with the Knights, taking a winless program to an undefeated conference champion in just two short years. That kind of success can translate in the B1G, where this group will have even more resources and talent than in Orlando.
Frost has been loyal to his staff and its hard to imagine this group won’t enjoy success in Lincoln.
