Ohio State will host its annual spring game on Saturday afternoon, but there will be several key players who won’t participate in the scrimmage.

Friday afternoon, Bill Rabinowitz of the Columbus Dispatch tweeted out a list of scholarship players who won’t be on the field for the Buckeyes on Saturday. Several are well-established players.

Here’s the list, as tweeted by Rabinowitz:

  • Jordan Fuller
  • Jaylen Harris
  • Kamryn Babb
  • Tuf Borland
  • Justin Hilliard
  • Robert Landers
  • Marcus Williamson
  • Ronnie Hickman
  • Marcus Hooker
  • Tyler Friday
  • Thayer Munford

Ryan Day wasn’t planning on playing established players much on Saturday anyway, and those who are banged up or injured won’t see the field. Day also said that this weekend’s scrimmage will be a “thud” game, meaning there won’t be any tackling.

Ohio State’s spring game is scheduled for Saturday at noon ET.
