Ohio State is disappointed they couldn’t capture the B1G but they’ll still have the opportunity to represent the conference in the Rose Bowl when they face the Pac-12’s Utah.

This is the time of year when athletes are faced with the decision of whether or not to participate in bowl games. It looks like Ohio State is locked in though about the task at hand.

Defensive ends Zach Harrison and Tyreke Smith and offensive lineman Thayer Munford have committed to play in the Rose Bowl:

Ohio State has a 10-2 overall record, with the lone losses vs. Oregon and Michigan. Ohio State won the only previous meeting vs. Utah 64-6 in 1986.

The Rose Bowl is slated for Jan. 1 (5 p.m. EST) and will be televised on ESPN.
