Indiana defensive back Phillip Dunnam announced Monday evening that he intends to enter the transfer portal after 2 seasons in Bloomington.
Dunnam had a fantastic season for the Hoosiers in 2023, totaling 53 tackles with 3 interceptions and 6 pass deflections. He started all 12 games he appeared in this season.

Dunnam is a former 4-star prospect out of Miami and chose Indiana over Florida State, Syracuse and Appalachian State.
This is not overtly surprising given the amount of Hoosiers who have hit the portal after the firing of Tom Allen. In total 13 Indiana players have announced intentions to play elsewhere next season.
