Steele Venters is in the transfer portal after four seasons in the Eastern Washington program. Now, he’s looking to make a move and is reportedly drawing interest from a pair of B1G programs.

Nebraska and Wisconsin are reportedly interested in the Big Sky MVP with Venters also investigating the NBA Draft but retaining his eligibility for the time being. A host of other top-tier programs are interested in Venters, including Gonzaga, Creighton, Washington, Florida, USC, Stanford, Missouri and others.

This past season, Venters led the Eagles in scoring at 15.3 points per game while also averaging 2.8 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 0.8 steals and shooting 37% from 3-point range. For his career, the 6-foot-7 Venters has shot 40% from 3-point range and averaged 13.5 points per game in 84 career appearances (67 starts).

With that type of shooting and scoring profile, Venters would be a  welcome addition to any number of programs.
