Tanner McCalister made his NFL Draft decision clear on Monday afternoon.
The senior will declare for the NFL Draft and not return to Ohio State next season. The decision followed the conclusion of Ohio State’s season last week.

“Thank you Oklahoma State University and the Ohio State University for giving me the opportunity to represent the universities colors on the field,” he said in a Twitter post announcing his decision. “I am excited and prepared for the next steps in my life due to my journey the past 5 years.”
McCalister spent four seasons with Oklahoma State before transferring to Ohio State for his final season. Across his five years in college, he recorded 148 tackles and 4 interceptions.
